Mexico Retreat

There's nothing more soothing than practicing yoga under a palapa with a view of the Pacific on the horizon. After a few days, layers of our everyday lives begin to drop away and a sense of Self begins to emerge. Join us by yourself or with a spouse or friend. Beginners as well as experienced yoga students are welcome. Immerse in the warmth of the Mexican culture and experience renewal and rejuvenation through the practice of yoga.

Sayulita is a beautiful little fishing/surfing village with wonderful seaside restaurants and shops...ideal swimming, snorkeling, fishing and surfing areas...even romantic sunset horseback rides on the beach! Join us by yourself or with a spouse or friend. Beginners as well as experienced yoga students are welcome. The important thing is to immerse in the warmth of the Mexican culture, to experience the true message of yoga, and to feel a sense of renewal.

Again this year, bodywork sessions will be offered to participants.

If you bring a companion who doesn't want to take the yoga workshop, there are fun things to do in the area, including surfing, whale-watching and excursions. Your partner may want to take advantage of the Massage Therapy or Spanish Lessons that can be booked outside of the workshop.

All retreats are near and accessed by the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
