The Retreat includes 8 nights and 7 days. There will be 2 yoga sessions daily, early morning and evening. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style, prepared and served by an American couple who own a vegetarian restaurant nearby. Dinner is on your own. There several restaurants in walking distance from Itaita Villa. Transportation will be available nightly for those who want to go to town to dine, shop and listen to music. During the day, participants are free to enjoy the wonderful beaches and/or participate in a variety of extra activities organized by the event coordinator. These can include: boat ride to spot dolphins, kayaking in the sea or up a river, snorkeling, nature walks, horseback riding on the beach. The price for the entire event is $1,250.00. Couples attending and sharing a bungalow will receive a $50.00 couple's discount as well. A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a place in the retreat.
